Cars and Cars Every Where

Just came back from college , after first midsem .Its not that,my preparation for tomorrows exam are complete. In fact i have to start studying the DCS .So this post gonna be short and be prepared for miskates ;) .After Exam Taking my scooty out of parking i noticed the parking was jam packed with cars, even overcapacity .There were hardly some bikes in parking .
2-3 yrs back (wen i was in 1-2nd yr) this was not the case .Cars were not that in plenty. Even it was kinda cool to own a car . This reminds me of a dialogue from a movie .I state it in present context."If every other person comes to college in car , that means 50% of students are cool . If all are cool , that means actually no one is cool".
If the situation keep on continuing like this ,i.e. students taking cars to college or getting cars as their first gift for college, May be it would be hard to find parking space in college. Then may be ,10 yr old scootys like mine will be a cool thing to own :D .lol .
Ending the post now , gonna have to start the studies . May be i will update the Post later with a pic of our college .

Date :-16/9/9 :- Uploaded the pic of DCE Parking . Cars are parked even on road ,after filling up the parking.

PS. Imagine the situation When NANO comes to market in full swing :) .

GULAL ............a review NOT ...

This weekend i got to watch movie : GULAL by Anurag Kashyap . and i must say i wasnt disappointed by this Bolly flickat all. I just cant stand those songs running around trees :P . If you came here searching for some formal review of gulal movie giving u teasers of the movie you can stop reading it , and google another page . Itz my perspective of the film . As i said i rarely watch bolly movies , particularly hate those meaningless songsand item numbers (which account for major earning of movies ;) ) ; this was not much different in that respect , but the way songs(1 or 2 only in the film ) were mixed with the storyline , the way story moves with it , it seems a perfect way of presenting the complex plot. Movie deals with student politics , local rebellion to gain Back Rajputana , lead by Dukkey Bana(Kay Kay Menon) and the brother-sister couple (Aditya and Ayesha(Kiran ....forgot the name of brother :P)), the illegitimate children of an erstwhile Rajput king, trying to get the name o...

Above is the snapshot of my latest desktop .Isnt it Cool ? Without going into technical details(I plan to keep this blog tech free , as much as i could, but no one knows the future ;-) ) Let me point out sm special things .First is at the right , displaying all specifications of my pc ,dynamically .Moreover i can change every thing there by just a small script . Next is the cool look of the boring terminal . and if u noticed , kde apps on ubuntu(amarok and ol ). I have kde installed on ubuntu too :-) ,Never forget noticing the panels and system theme . Mind you for all this , i havnt put much of extra resouce hungry apps. So not much loss in ubuntu speed . In fact for all practical purposes , loss of resources is negligible . You can say a perfect balance of look(eye candy) and performance. There'...

Bang-a-Lore

Sitting in front of computer with nothing else to do, started scribbling my thoughts and with that came the realization that i have not written an article since shifted base to Bangalore. Man have i been that busy! No its just the procrastination habit that i have become so habitual of in my new found independent life. In the short time here ,pampered with new found freedom, and all the money at my disposal, really have spoilt myself. The self-disciplined Himanshu is somewhere in the background. I have changed. First for Bangalore . It has been fantastic. Awesome weather, friends, work . Life has been on a fast lanes. And i thought life was fast in Delhi. It has been 3 months and 12 days and looks like it was yesterday only that we were in our guest houses enjoying the first days in bangalore. Away from our family, we are exposed to the term “family of friends”. May be this is the reason i have not felt much of “home-sickness”. All the “social gathering”, just spending “vella” time ...
