GULAL ............a review NOT ...

This weekend i got to watch movie : GULAL by Anurag Kashyap . and i must say i wasnt disappointed by this Bolly flickat all. I just cant stand those songs running around trees :P . If you came here searching for some formal review of gulal movie giving u teasers of the movie you can stop reading it , and google another page . Itz my perspective of the film . As i said i rarely watch bolly movies , particularly hate those meaningless songsand item numbers (which account for major earning of movies ;) ) ; this was not much different in that respect , but the way songs(1 or 2 only in the film ) were mixed with the storyline , the way story moves with it , it seems a perfect way of presenting the complex plot. You can say a perfect balance of look(eye candy) and performance. There'...

Sitting in front of computer with nothing else to do, started scribbling my thoughts and with that came the realization that i have not written an article since shifted base to Bangalore. Man have i been that busy! No its just the procrastination habit that i have become so habitual of in my new found independent life. In the short time here ,pampered with new found freedom, and all the money at my disposal, really have spoilt myself. The self-disciplined Himanshu is somewhere in the background. I have changed. First for Bangalore . It has been fantastic. Awesome weather, friends, work . Life has been on a fast lanes. And i thought life was fast in Delhi. It has been 3 months and 12 days and looks like it was yesterday only that we were in our guest houses enjoying the first days in bangalore. Away from our family, we are exposed to the term “family of friends”. May be this is the reason i have not felt much of “home-sickness”. All the “social gathering”, just spending “vella” time ...
